BIOESQUE® makes best effort to ship your order within 2 business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email with tracking notification.
Shipping is free on domestic orders of $200 and above, and on international orders of $400 and above.
We do not ship to Post Office boxes, so please provide us with a physical address; best practice is to have someone receive our package delivery; we are not responsible for stolen packages or those lost by carriers.
If you want to ship to two destinations, please place two distinct orders.
We accept all major credit cards for online transactions. Your credit card information is encrypted and kept private.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
BIOESQUE® wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We It is for this reason that we offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee and a 30 Day Exchange Guarantee.
Returns: Simply return your purchase in its original condition and you will receive a full refund. Exchanges: Identify damage and defects within 3 business days of receiving your order and we will be happy to exchange it.
To return a product, please follow these steps:

*Please do not send anything back to us without first receiving instructions from our customer service as this may delay the processing of your refund/exchange/credit.
If you purchased a product online and wish to return it for any reason, please follow the requirements below:
- All returns must be reported within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns must be sent within 7 days of receiving the return/exchange instructions from our customer service team.
- Product must be unopened.
- A ‘Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Request’ e-mail must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org
- DO NOT send item back before receiving a reply from email@example.com
- Safely pack the original unopened product, along with a copy of the sales invoice, in a return box.
- Write the RMA # on the outside of your box.
- All products are subject to inspection
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and these are non-refundable. In cases of returns, the original shipping charge(s) are also non-refundable.
If BIOESQUE® shipped the wrong product to you, we will pay for the cost of the return shipment. If you are exchanging one product type for another, the shipping cost will be yours.
